Agatha's Guesthouse

Built in 1914 as a vacation home, Agatha’s now serves as the estate’s guesthouse. Renovated in 1998, it features a westward addition made from century-old heart pine, while the original structure remains unchanged.

Recycled Heart Pine

The Guest House was originally built in 1914 by Cornelius Christiancy. A large westward addition was included with renovations made by Douglas J. Clark in 1998.

The lumber and beams used in the addition are century-old, recycled heart pine taken and built from another home that was located next door to Agatha’s. The original part of the house has not been changed.
